2. Overview of processing
This website is deliberately designed to minimize data: no tracking or analytics cookies are set and no advertising networks are integrated. Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary for providing the website and communicating with you.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, page/file accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free display, stability, and security of the website. Log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless security-relevant incidents require longer retention.
The hosting provider of this website is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded with IONOS; processing takes place on servers in Germany or the EU.
4. Contact
If you contact me by email, phone or via the contact form, your details (name, contact data, content of the inquiry) are stored in order to process the inquiry and for follow-up questions. When the contact form is submitted, the data entered is sent to me by email via the web server of this website; the form data is not permanently stored on the web server. If sending is technically not possible, the form opens your own email program instead.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual communication) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations (e.g., Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO), Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB)) stand in the way.
5. Web fonts
The fonts used on this website (Inter and Cormorant Garamond) are delivered from my own server, i.e., hosted locally. When a page is accessed, no connection to servers of Google or other third-party providers is made for this purpose; no data is transmitted to third parties.
The legal basis for delivering the fonts via my own web server is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform, high-performance display). The server log files generated in the process are described in section 3.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Technically necessary storage operations (e.g., local storage for display settings) may take place; these contain no personal data and do not leave your device.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights against the controller with regard to the personal data concerning you:

- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

9. Updates to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated as soon as the data processing on this website changes (e.g., when a booking or analytics tool is integrated).
