SEO leadership on demand.
Your SEO lead leaves, the project doesn't: migration, relaunch, team build-up. I take over the role — with leadership experience for teams of up to 10 people and the routine to become effective quickly within corporate structures.

Structured handover
Documented processes, playbooks and an onboarded team — so that things run better after me than before.
Who it's for
For companies in transition.
Reorganization, parental leave, resignation, growth phase: there are many reasons why SEO leadership is missing temporarily. What matters is that roadmap and team don't stand still for six months. I keep both on course — and hand over cleanly.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers.
How quickly are you available?
Depending on current engagements, usually within 2–6 weeks. For the transition period, first priorities can often be prepared remotely.
Full-time or part-time?
Both. Typical is 2–4 days per week over 3–18 months — enough presence for leadership, enough efficiency for your budget. The scope can be adjusted along the way.
How do you ensure the handover?
Everything is documented from the start: processes, decisions, playbooks, dashboards. In the final weeks I actively onboard my successor — on request I also support recruiting.
Next step
Leadership gap foreseeable?
Let's talk early — then the gap becomes a planned transition.
